Sample Work
Eight practice projects built with fictional data, each showing the skills and tools I use for clients.
I organized customer orders in Google Sheets to help keep business records accurate, structured, and easy to monitor. The tracker includes customer information, product quantities, order amounts, payment statuses, and shipping progress. I also used formulas and charts to summarize order activity and present key information clearly, helping clients monitor transactions and track order fulfillment efficiently.

I organized sample appointments and meetings in Google Calendar to demonstrate effective scheduling and calendar management. The project includes creating calendar events, arranging meeting details, and organizing appointments to keep schedules clear and manageable. This workflow helps clients stay organized, prepare for meetings, and manage their time more effectively.

I used HubSpot CRM to organize sample contacts, manage potential client opportunities, and track deals through a sales pipeline. I created contact records, associated a contact with a deal, documented client requirements, and created a follow-up task to support timely communication. This workflow helps businesses maintain organized lead records, monitor sales opportunities, and keep track of potential client interactions.
Note: This is a practice project using fictional sample data. It demonstrates CRM and lead management rather than verified lead generation from external sources.
I developed an email tracking system in Google Sheets to organize messages by sender, subject, priority, category, status, and follow-up date. I also prepared sample professional email replies in Google Docs to demonstrate clear, polite, and appropriate written communication. This workflow helps clients prioritize important messages, monitor pending responses, and keep email follow-ups organized.
Note: This is a practice project using fictional email scenarios.
I created an organized client workspace in Google Drive using clearly labeled folders and structured document storage. The workspace includes sample client information, business reports, an invoice tracker, meeting notes, and administrative checklists. This system helps clients locate important files more easily, maintain organized records, and manage business documents efficiently.
Note: This is a practice project using fictional client information.
I researched and compared Trello, Asana, and ClickUp to help a small remote team evaluate project management tools for its daily operations. I collected information about their main features, free plans, and suitability for team collaboration, then organized the findings in a structured Google Sheets comparison table. This approach helps clients review relevant information, compare available options, and make informed decisions.
Note: This is a practice research project.
I created a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for daily email management to document a clear and repeatable workflow. The document outlines inbox review, email prioritization, categorization, response preparation, follow-up tracking, and end-of-day review. I also included a quality checklist and confidentiality guidelines to support consistent work practices and help clients maintain an organized email management process.
Note: This is a sample SOP created for a fictional client.
I developed a task tracking spreadsheet in Google Sheets to organize administrative responsibilities, monitor deadlines, and track work progress. The tracker includes task names, priorities, start dates, due dates, status dropdowns, and notes. I also added a summary section using formulas to show tasks that are not started, in progress, and completed, giving clients a clear overview of ongoing work.
